Complementing my B.S. in Computer Science, this M.S. in Analytics is equipping me with knowledge in advanced statistical methods, including regression, modeling, optimization, natural language processing, network analysis, and more. Classes taken so far include:

In addition to my coursework, I participated in two indepdent studies - one cybersecurity-focused, pentesting a software company's security, and another developing an iOS application in Swift with augmented reality (AR), an RSS feed of event data, and calendar features. My senior research was "Instagraph", expanding upon my iOS application development experience with Objective-C and C++, creating an app that used the optical character recognition (OCR) engine Tesseract to convert an image of tabular data into an appropriate graphical representation for the data (e.g. time-series data represented as a line graph, not a bar chart).

Outside of my coursework and projects, I served as Membership VP and then President of the Student-Alumni Association, participated in intramurals, volunteered as a Younglife leader, and held part-time jobs and internships throughout the academic semesters.
